Two costs that behave differently, priced differently — so the team that runs three studies a month is not subsidising the one that runs thirty.
A seat is a person
Someone with access to the workspace who builds studies, reads results and shares reports. A fixed monthly cost, because that is what it is.
A credit is an action
Each action has a published price — a live AI tester is 10 credits — and the run says what it costs before it starts. One pool per account, never per person.
Testers are never seats
The people who take your studies are participants, not members of your workspace. Inviting a hundred testers costs nothing in seats.

The AI drafts it, six live AI testers take it (10 each), and the AI writes the report. Standard covers about 21 a month.

Twenty people take it for free; the AI observes ten sessions, finds the themes and writes the report. Without the AI extras, it costs nothing.
A design audit of ten pages · 50 credits

What is a credit?
What an action costs, published per action: a simulated AI tester is 4 credits, a live one 10, a design audit 5 per page. Never a token count.
Are credits per person?
No. A plan's credits are one pool for the whole account — every seat and workspace spends from it.
Can I stop one workspace using all the credits?
Yes. The account owner can give any workspace a monthly credit limit, and a default for new ones. They are told at 80% and when it is reached; the other workspaces carry on.
What happens when credits run out?
Nothing new starts until they refill or you buy a pack (500 for $50, 2,000 for $180, 10,000 for $800). Nothing already running is cut off.
What happens when the trial ends?
Without a plan, the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans?
Upgrades apply now, prorated. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the period.
Why are the paid prices marked provisional?
Because they are. They go final once the credit meter has checked each price against what the work really costs.
