Do I need a research panel?
No. Share a link or QR code with whoever you want in the study.
What does the tester install?
Nothing. A browser, or the tester app on their phone. To test a live site, your site carries one script tag so their clicks and screens are recorded; a prototype needs nothing.
How is consent handled?
It is the first step. Nothing is recorded before the tester agrees; screen recording asks separately.
What does “AI observes each session” mean?
An AI reads the recorded session and writes up what the tester did, beside their own words. Labelled as AI.
Can I talk to a tester while they test?
Yes. A moderated session is a recorded call — in the browser, or a Google Meet link — with a join code, a camera and mic check and consent before anything is recorded. One tester and one moderator per call. A tester can withdraw afterwards, which deletes the recording, the transcript and the overview.
Are human and AI results mixed?
No. Same metrics, separate columns.
