Your live site, a staging address, an uploaded prototype or a Figma file, plus the three to five things you want people to try. Ten minutes in the study builder, or write it in the booking form and we set it up.

Your product, your audience and your tasks, in the testers’ own words before they start. If the flow needs an account, we agree a test account with you first.

Each tester works through every task in their own browser or on their phone, thinking aloud. Nothing is recorded before they consent; screen recording asks separately.

What do I need to send you?
A link — your live site, a staging address, an uploaded HTML prototype or a Figma file — and the tasks you want tried, usually three to five. If you already have a study on the platform, share it and we run that.
What if my app needs a login?
Tell us in the brief. We agree a test account with you before anyone starts, and nothing from it is kept after the report is delivered.
Can I choose devices or a kind of tester?
You can ask for laptop, phone, or a mix, and for a rough profile — non-technical, first-time visitor, an existing customer. We match the brief as closely as the team allows and say so in the report where we could not.
How is the 24 hours counted?
From the moment we confirm your brief and payment on a working day. Sessions start that day; the report is with you within 24 hours of that confirmation.
How do I pay?
Book below. A person confirms the scope with you and sends a payment link for $299. The test starts once it is paid. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Is the fee really one-time?
Yes. $299 buys one test of one product with ten testers. A second round is a second booking at the same price, and you can also run the same study yourself on the platform afterwards.
